  • If you cancel before submitting your project details (such as text, images, or brand assets), you may request a refund minus payment processing fees.
  • Subscription-based services may be canceled anytime, but past payments are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Times

  • A standard 5-page website will be delivered within 24 hours once all required project content is received.
  • Larger or more customized projects may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly before work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information (text, images, brand assets, etc.) for your website.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your website content complies with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Revisions

  • Each website package includes a limited number of revisions, as stated in the package details.
  • Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Webferno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, although all websites are delivered SEO-ready.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or losses caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins).

9. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made, or if our services are used in violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.
